For that money I would get a nice Vintage SG. That's just me though. I know, it wouldn't have those cool lightning bolt inlays.

Ouch indeed. No guitar is worth that much to me. But I would love one.

What's the deal with the new USA Sig? They took his black '64 SG and gave it lightning bolt inlays (which DO NOT work with that guitar), cream selector switchtip/switchplate, and prosthetic leg color neck binding.

Could have been a beauty if they actually copied Angus's SG. But they had to give it lightning bolts (that are smaller than the CS's for some reason) and the cream switch which he ONLY has on one guitar. Stupid.

Technically he has two with the cream pickup switch.....One of those guitars with lightning inlays has the ring around the bridge pickup and the other doesn't......one is also more beat up than the other.

Well yes, but they're the same exact guitars basically. Also, one has Green Key tuners.

yeah, I forgot about the tuning keys. I think if they put trap inlays and a black switch plate on the USA sig model it would be great, but then they could just make a black 61 reissue and I'll be happy =D

Well that's all Angus's is. IDK what they were thinking with the new USA Sig.
